About the CEO

Kirk Lemoine is the Chief Executive Officer of Bienville Medical Center. Kirk considers it an honor and privilege to serve with over 50 employees at Bienville Medical Center. He is proud to be a part of the community, and is totally committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and outstanding customer service to you—our patients—and your families

He is married with three children and came to Bienville Medical Center in 2008 knowing that his home away from home needed improvements. Since then we have brought quality physicians and nurses still here today that provide a better continuum of care. Our hospital prides itself on delivering quality, compassionate and personalized healthcare to our community

With Kirk's leadership the hospital has developed a patient focused mission, acquired new equipment upgrades and established additional services. Kirk and his team are focused on patient care and growth of the hospital for the community as a whole. TeleMed and Digital Quantum Radiology are coming soon. Kirk and his team continue to move forward with new and innovative services for the community they serve.

Kirk continues with the objective of “Our main focus is to meet the individual needs and to provide exceptional healthcare with a caring and personal touch. Bienville Medical Center provides healthcare service to all of Bienville Parish and surrounding areas which we want to continue for years to come. I will remain dedicated to Bienville Medical Center, its community and its neighboring parishes."

Kathy Hall, Chief Operating Officer

Kathy Hall is the Chief Operating Officer for Bienville Medical Center. Kathy graduated from Louisiana Tech University with an associate degree in nursing and continued her education to receive her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. She has over ten years’ experience in nursing administration and management, her experience in these areas gives Bienville Medical Center the advantage of promoting focus on clinical practice, patient-family centered care, policy and procedure, and professional excellence. Kathy has dedicated her nursing career to professionalism, patient focus, compassion, and community involvement. Kathy is married with one child, and is a local resident and active member in the community. She came to BMC to enhance the patient experience, to be committed to providing patient centered and culturally competent care of the highest quality utilizing evidence-based practices. She believes that the delivery of compassionate quality healthcare is the essence of medical practice and that our work promotes the optimization of health throughout the lifespan.
